The Missouri women‘s basketball team defeated the Southeast Missouri Redhawks by a score of 80-51 on Thursday night at Mizzou Arena.
Sophomore sharpshooter Morgan Eye made two 3-pointers in less than a minute to put the Tigers back on top after Missouri watched a 31-point lead evaporate late in the first half. Eye made a season-high five 3-pointers.
Missouri improved to 5-2 and remains undefeated at home this season with credit in large part due to Sydney Crafton. The senior guard netted a career-high 29 points in the win.
The Redhawks fall to 3-4 following the loss, with forward Connor King scoring a team-leading 11 points.
Missouri will again be in action on Monday, December 3 for a home match against Tennessee-Martin at Mizzou Arena.
