The No. 10 Missouri Tigers men’s basketball team scored a season high in a 104-67 route of Kennesaw State Thursday night at Mizzou Arena. The win marked Missouri’s eighth 10-0 start in school history and their first since the 1991-1992 season. Five Tigers scored in double figures including 18 points from backup guard Michael Dixon. Senior forward Ricardo Ratliffe continued his hot shooting, scoring 18 points on eight of 10 shooting.
Kennesaw State dropped to 2-6 with the loss. The Owls relied on their back court duo of Markeith Cummings and Delbert Love. Love finished with a game-high 27 points, including five three pointers. Cummings scored 17 before fouling out of the game late in the second half. Missouri returns to action Sunday at Mizzou Arena against William & Mary at 2 p.m.
